nature welcomes you
Forest Therapy Walks with a certified guide invites you to explore, be playful and just be.
This practice, rooted in the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku or "forest bathing," has been shown to reduce stress, enhance mood, and bolster overall well-being. By slowing down and mindfully interacting with the forest, individuals may experience improved mental clarity, strengthened immune function, and a renewed sense of tranquility. My role is to open the door to these restorative experiences, allowing nature itself to be the therapist.

Our Company Ethos
We believe in nature as a living source of healing and wholeness. Our work invites every one—of every background, ability, and circumstance to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the natural world. In doing so, we remember that our relationship with the Earth is not one of taking, but of mutual care: the forest restores us, and we are called to tend gently to its well-being in return.
What do we do on a Forest Therapy Walk?
Forest therapy walks can be done almost anywhere in nature. They last as least 2.0 hours and depending on the number of people up to 3 hours. We move very slowly and sometimes do not walk very much but short distances. Each walk is designed to be accessible for all needs.
We strive to bring people into areas with the least amount of human noises. Sometimes that is not possible for everyone. We always work with people and where they feel most comfortable. For some it may be in a forest and for some it may be a city park or even their backyard.
What forest therapy walks are not: they are not hikes, exercise or nature walks. The walks focus on the individuals’ connection to nature.
We offer: Group walks (open or private); Individual walks (private); Family walks (private)
